Defective Products: Returns are only accepted if there is a defect in the product. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
No Returns for Learning Difficulties: Learning crochet takes time and patience. While it may feel challenging at first, it is a skill that improves with practice. Please hold on to your kit and secret codeākeep trying, and you’ll get there!
